Is Crossroads Strength & Conditioning a CrossFit?

No. Crossroads is a strength and conditioning facility focused on personalized training methods and equipment choices based on client goals and abilities.

What if I have never worked out before?

We offer an intro package with personalized sessions, movement assessment, and review of fundamentals used in class. Workouts are modified to your level.

Will classes only involve lifting weights?

No. Classes blend strength and conditioning movements for full-body training and improved cardiovascular fitness.

How is small group training different from a typical gym class?

Small group sessions are coached by certified trainers and capped to 12 members so every client gets individualized attention.
