Crossroads Strength and Conditioning

getting started

Crossroads Strength & Conditioning is a training facility where your goals and results are our priority. Our Small Group Training Classes are the substance of our gym and a great way to get started. We encourage new clients to try a free class to get the feel of the Crossroads community and flow and structure of the class. All classes are capped at 12 participants so that each client is guaranteed personalized training.

Classes begin with a dynamic warm up and a thorough explanation of the workout. Your coach will review how to do the movements properly and safely to ensure that you will be at the appropriate level for your workout. After going over the workout, modifications will be implemented for those with limitations or any other special needs that the client may require.

Upon joining Crossroads Strength & Conditioning’s program, you will receive a 30 minute screening/assessment. Here you will meet with a coach to go over goal setting, assessing fundamental movement patterns and learning proper technique with various movements that you will be exposed to during classes. This will help you feel more at ease and knowledgeable about structure, formats and language used in the workouts. We also offer a beginner private training package for those that may need more thorough attention. Upon meeting with your coach it will be determined if private sessions are needed.

We know that group training classes aren’t for everyone. If you feel you may need some individualized attention, one on one personal training may be best suited for you. During your consultation, your trainer will go over your goals, health history and set up a plan that works best for your lifestyle and specific health and fitness needs.

We also offer a variety of different specailty classes such as boxing, bootcamp, kids fitness, and running groups. There is something for everyone at Crossroads Strength & Conditioning!
