- Group Training: personal training in a small group setting of up to 12 people, with full-body programming and personalized coaching.
- Private Training: one-on-one sessions in 30, 45, or 60 minute formats, plus partner training and small group private training for 3-5 clients.
- Partner Training: train with a friend or family member while still receiving individualized coaching and programming.
- Small Group Private Training: work with a coach in a focused 3-5 person setting for personalized support without the larger class environment.
- Private Facilitated Stretching: assisted sessions to improve flexibility and mobility throughout the body.
- Personal Coaching for Runners: individualized running support focused on pacing, endurance, race prep, and accountability.
