Crossroads currently offers group and private training options with specialized support for mobility, endurance, and performance goals.

Core Programs

  • Group Training: personal training in a small group setting of up to 12 people, with full-body programming and personalized coaching.
  • Private Training: one-on-one sessions in 30, 45, or 60 minute formats, plus partner training and small group private training for 3-5 clients.
  • Partner Training: train with a friend or family member while still receiving individualized coaching and programming.
  • Small Group Private Training: work with a coach in a focused 3-5 person setting for personalized support without the larger class environment.
  • Private Facilitated Stretching: assisted sessions to improve flexibility and mobility throughout the body.
  • Personal Coaching for Runners: individualized running support focused on pacing, endurance, race prep, and accountability.

Additional Offerings

  • Nutrition Groups: Eat Clean Get Lean programming to support sustainable weight loss and energy improvements.
  • Skill Sessions: 45-minute sessions focused on technique and movement mastery.
