Personal coaching for runners gives the client a clear cut plan for their running goals. If training for a specific distance, pace/time or just learning to run and increase your fitness and endurance, personal coaching will guide you to help you reach your individual goals. Personal Coaching will help you map out and organize your goals and keep you focused and on track with executing them.

3 Months – $330
6 Months- $600
Training plans are a great way to map out your goal in a clear and simplified way that will take the guess work out of how to reach your goal. Each training plan is designed specific to your lifestyle, running goal and running/exercise history. Your program will include details and notes that will keep you on track and guide you along the way. Training plans are meant for runners that don’t need the coaching and support and feel they can execute the plan on their own. Group rates and customized plans are also available.
