One on One Personal Training
One on One Personal Training provides a one on one experience to work with a trainer that will tailor a program for your needs. Whether you are a beginner that needs to start out with the basic fundamental movement patterns, coming back from an injury with limitations, or simply needs that motivation to work hard and get the results you have been seeking, personal training can be the answer for you. You will work with an experienced nationally certified personal trainer.
We offer 60, 45 or 30 minute sessions.
Recieve a discount per session if you train 2 or more times per week.
Partner Training & Small Group Training
Partner Training can be a fun way to workout with a friend of family member and it can make it more affordable. Each client can still work at their own individual level (you don’t have to be at the same fitness level to workout together). Partner training can still provide the individual attention to each client even if their goals are different.
Small Group Training is a great way to work with a trainer in a smaller setting than our group classes. This group can have 3-5 clients and do not have to be at the same fitness level. It’s perfect if you have a group of friends, coworkers or family members that want to work out together but don’t want to be in a large group setting. This is the most affordable of our private trainings. The more people in the group the cost is reduced per individual.
