Group Training Classes

Small-group strength sessions in a welcoming, motivational atmosphere — coached every rep, scaled to your level.

Private Training

One-on-one coaching with a fully personalized program designed around your goals, schedule, and any limitations.

Partner Training

Work out with a friend or family member while still getting individualized coaching, scaled to each person and goal.

Small Group Private Training

Two decades of experience in your corner

Jane has spent over 20 years helping people move better, train smarter, and reach goals that once seemed unattainable. A seven-time marathon runner, she brings the same commitment and refusal to quit to every client — whether that's a first-timer, a seasoned athlete, or someone training around an injury.

She works with all kinds of people: adolescents, seniors, and special populations including those managing chronic conditions, pregnancy, and physical limitations. The environment is safe, positive, and built to help you succeed.
