Two decades of experience in your corner
Jane has spent over 20 years helping people move better, train smarter, and reach goals that once seemed unattainable. A seven-time marathon runner, she brings the same commitment and refusal to quit to every client — whether that's a first-timer, a seasoned athlete, or someone training around an injury.
She works with all kinds of people: adolescents, seniors, and special populations including those managing chronic conditions, pregnancy, and physical limitations. The environment is safe, positive, and built to help you succeed.
