Crossroads 6 week Outdoor Bootcamp is great way to start your fitness journey. Whether you are just starting out or an advid fitness enthuisast, this program can be for you! This class will gradually build up your endurace and fitness at your own pace. All classes are in instructed by a certified personal trainer with a background in various types of fitness. Your trainer will guide you to ensure that you will recieve the proper attention for safe and effective workouts for your individual ability.
This bootcamp is limited to 15 participants and is loads of fun! Working in a group is motivating and encouraging to help succeed with your goals. Get 12 awesome workouts over the course of 6 weeks and see your fitness and strength improve! Don't wait! Last session sold out!
