This very popular 6 week semi-private group training is sure to shred some body fat and give you a great cardiovascular workout! These high intensity intervals of punching (sparring against focus pads), kicks, and conditioning drills, such as jump roping, core work and a whole lot of fun is sure to get you feeling like a champion!
