Our philosophy at Crossroads Strength & Conditioning, is based on fundamental movement patterns and progressions to build a proper and solid foundation for human movement. Our group training classes are a community based environment where all classes are limited to 12 clients and your personal training experience is guaranteed. The variety of class structure will help you to achieve optimal results by keeping things varied, challenging and fun. We also offer private sessions if the group setting isn’t for you.
