Is Crossroads Strength & Conditioning a CrossFit?

No. Crossroads is a strength and conditioning facility where the focus is on personalized training. We use a variety of equipment and methods to ensure that our clients receive the best results while making sure the program is fitted to their needs and abilities.

 

What if I have never worked out before or have not done this type of high intensity training?

We offer an intro package of 3 personalized sessions, which includes an assessment and review of fundamental movements that will be used in class. Classes can be modified based on your abilities.

 

Will I only be lifting weights during the classes you offer?

We blend a variety of strengthening exercises as well as conditioning movements for a full body workout. Each class is ever changing to maximize results and improve strength and cardiovascular fitness.

 

What is the difference between small group training and a fitness class at a local gym?

Small group training classes are personalized sessions run by a Certified Personal Trainer. We strive to meet our clients individual goals. Class sizes are capped to 12 members to ensure personalized attention.
