Skill Sessions are sessions where the individual is looking to improve upon specific skills or movements. These sessions are designed to work on technique and master skills that will allow you to move more effectively and efficiently in your group classes. These are a great way to work on goals that otherwise may take longer if not guided in the proper direction.
